Welcome to Jahanda Miniature Goats
Our love of miniature goats started in 2021 when we were lucky enough to purchase 3 Australian Miniature Goats. 2 of the 3 were does and because of that we decided to take the leap into breeding goats.
We are a small family run stud without the help of my husband and children I wouldn’t be able to do what I do.
A little about the herd
The herd quickly grew and through the many ups and downs of owing goats, our continued push to improve, We can now say we have a herd that we are proud of.
At Jahanda we are striving to breed goats that are healthy, happy, friendly and easy to handle. Goats that are suitable for breeding, the show ring and also to be your family pet.
Our aim
Our stud only breeds Australian Miniature Goats we are continually improving our herd and are aiming for short legged, reduced height and barreled bodies, always aspiring for great body confirmation, friendly personalities and goats that are easy to handle.
Our main priorities are to have a healthy happy herd. We have annual testing and Veterinary visits and are proud to say we have been JD and CAE negative since 2021. We do routine health inspections to make sure our herd is healthy.
